It's been almost 20 years since 'Dumb & Dumber'. I think that movie had an appeal then, in the 90s, with Jim Carrey and Jeff Daniels at that age. But, now?
Back then they may have been a tad too old to play those characters, but it wasn't an issue. They were young enough and looked endearing enough. But, now they look like creepy men. Men you wouldn't want to sit next to in a Starbucks.
I'm not sure who this is supposed to appeal to. If I saw the two guys below I might try to help them out. Why not? They look like they're trying. If I saw the two guys above I might walk the other way, or run.
