I'll make you a bet. I bet you can tell me when you last saw 'The Last Days of Disco'. I bet thinking about this movie makes you remember details about the apartment you were renting, or the way a friend dressed, or something else you thought you had forgotten.
Strangely affecting, precisely made, with style and dialogue (gobs and gobs) that defies categorizing, sharply observational, with two very hot leads. It's a Criterion disc -- I didn't know that. One of the most oddly irresistible movies. I'll watch it again soon.
