This is shaping up nicely. Efficient editing, acting that's not overdone, direct writing. Works good. Better than good -- this is most likely must-see.

Novelistic Conceit
I had thought Tommy Lee Jones, who wrote this script (with Kieran Fitzgerald and Wesley Oliver), came up with this complex idea for a movie. Turns out, it's based on a 1988 novel by the same name by Glendon Swarthout.
Still, it's a great foundation for a character study. Jones and Hilary Swank are perfectly matched here. Trailer delivers. Looking forward to this one.
