This trailer plays like a fine glass of wine. Somehow, being written and directed by John Turturro has an appeal, engenders trust -- there's something so real about his acting. In support of that I'd point out Woody Allen's involvement. Really, the script had to be good to snag him.
Other actors would seem to have responded to Turturro. The movie has such a presence, feels genuine. And, has Sharon Stone ever looked this good? Really, it's like she's not her -- like she's another actor altogether. Striking.
Getting good reviews, looking forward. This may be one of those you see many times -- the way, once you discover it, you keep coming back to a good wine.
