More 'Signal'

Still haven't seen enough to get a good sense of this flick, but everything I have seen has been pretty good. Maybe not a commercial hit but almost for sure a cult fave and must-see for cinephiles.

New 'Signal' Video And Review

With a release date of June 13, the viral campaign for William Eubank's second film 'The Signal' seems to be picking up. A couple new pics went up on Twitter (one is above).

There's a new video (apparently not embeddable) you can see if you go to RUagitated.com and enter the word: interrogate.

Todd Gilchrist's review just went up. Fairly positive.

Hoping for a new trailer soon.

More 'Signal' Virals

Nomad has been dead until today, or maybe yesterday, so it looks like 'The Signal' viral campaign is picking up. There's new pics and some video snippets, most of which suggest being lost in the desert, which is from the movie's plot.

There's also a new code to use at ruagitated. Click the link and type 'exam'. You get a game which, I'm supposing, will unlock more content or lead someplace new. (I haven't gotten it to do anything yet).

New 'Signal' Viral Site

Usually don't pay attention to viral campaigns, but liking the one for 'The Signal'. The ruagitated site has been up for a while and it's been clear that the code on the guy's arm at 1:15 in the trailer (2.3.5.41) is the key to more info but that hasn't done anything until now -- it brings up 3 social media sites, one of which, Nomad23541# on Instagram, is active. No pics yet, though.

Looks like Vine and Snapchat pages are coming.

As promised in the viral vid we got yesterday. Directed by William Eubank, who did 'Love'. Laurence Fishburne is so easy to watch. Looks good, can't wait.

'The Signal' Viral -- or -- RU Agitated?

'The Signal' is a sci-fi thriller directed by William Eubank, who got a ton of critical cred with his 2011 film 'Love'. According to IMDb the plot goes like this: "A group of college students are lured to the middle of the desert by a hacker."

Okay...that doesn't tell us much, but here's the site where you can guess at the password for access to more info. I tried 'cow' because there's a cow in the video -- didn't work.

Here it is. Better than most attempts to capture the viral vibe, grabs your attention.
